LORCAN MURPHY
Lorcan Murphy, an Irish resident, is an independent non-executive director and marketing and distribution professional. Lorcan has 30 years knowledge of global mutual funds, spanning operational management, risk management, compliance, product development and asset gathering. Currently he is a director and chair of several Irish UCITS funds.
Lorcan works with ACOLIN Fund services out of Zurich, and previously he was Head of Private Wealth Europe within Barclays Global Investors. Mr. Murphy is a qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI) and has a Bachelor of Business Science degree (Economics major) from Trinity College Dublin.

ROSEMARY WARD
Rosemary Ward is an Irish resident and currently works as an independent non-executive director. Prior to this, she was a Vice President (International Primary Markets) of Euronext Dublin (the Irish Stock Exchange). She was previously a senior sales strategist with Aegon Life Dublin and a client relationship manager for HSBC Ireland. In addition she has held senior positions at Goldman Sachs and CSFB with responsibilty for selling fixed income derivative products.
Ms. Ward received a Diploma in Corporate Governance from the Corporate Governance Institute in February 2021, holds an MBA (specialising in Finance and Accounting) from the Technological University Dublin (previously called the Dublin Institute of Technology) and a B.A. (Mod) in Economics from Trinity College Dublin. She is a certified investment fund director and a member of the CAIA.

MASSIMO BAGGIANI
Massimo is managing director and portfolio manager of Niche AM, an innovative investment firm that he founded in London in 2018. Before that, he worked for almost two decades as Fund Manager for Institutional Investors at Symphonia SGR, an Italian asset manager where he was Head of Equity.
Massimo has a degree in economics from the University of Turin and he is Certified European Financial Analyst (CEFA).

ANDREA ANDREIS
Andrea is director and portfolio manager of Niche AM, an innovative investment firm that he co-founded in London in 2018. He started working as sell side analyst at Studi&Investimenti, a research company specialized in small caps. After 5 years, in 2007, he moved to the buy side, working as senior analyst at Banca Intermobiliare. In 2010 he joined Massimo in Symphonia SGR to help managing equity funds and institutional mandates.
Andrea has a degree in economics from the University of Turin.
